Jaywalking is a brass law, but the guy wouldnt have gotten hit if the PT hadnt ran the red, im pretty sure there was only one other car coming his way, so at the time the odds were on his side.
even if the pt cruiser wasnt running a light, that pedestrian was screwed.. Looks like the SUV woulda hit him head on anyway.
