a road was lowered under a bridge around where i lived and then a few months later it got flooded and a few cars was stuck under the bridge, so i think raising the bridge would be better

We do have brains. If you look at the retards that hit the bridge, they are normal people like you that rent trucks and don’t know what the height of the truck is. I didn’t see one actual truck driver hit the bridge, and probably one never will. Go rent a U-Haul and hit a bridge…fag.
