They need smaller intersections
is the same with many asia countries. where i live in shang hai, lots of traffic are worst than this. als same with india.. however, most cars usually stop last min when you cross.
yet, many accidents do happen, but it will be impossible to fix this traffic issue

i agree with Chinao, i’ve been in shanghai and mumbai. you walk like you are crossing the serengetti. with purpose, evenly, and without fear and the cars will leave you alone. once you get used to it, North American drivers come off as brain dead nincompoops, with the reaction time and spatial judgment of a jar of mayonnaise.
That’s insane.
Here in america you get stupid people at stop signs looking at each. You go, no you go, ok i will go, no wait you go.
When I come to a stop sign if the other guy doesn’t go within a split second, I’m gone.
If it is in South East Asia, i would guess Vietnam, or maybe Cambodia. Definitely not Thailand because in Thailand, they drive on the other side of the road like the British. This city drives on the right side on the road like America.

It looks like this just about everywhere in Asia. Traffic signals, rules, and other cars mean a lot less.

If I was a driver.. I would hit many pedestrians , some motorcycles, and end up crashing into one of big bus on the middle of that 4way.
