No, that is not the truth.
Wearing a helmet on bike is not covered by any law. However, they will give you a ticket (not $500, they use dkk in Denmark - remember?) if you drive a motorcycle or scooter without helmet - they will sometimes let you off with a warning.
Are you insane? Helmets are not forced by law, and they sure don’t give $500 dollar fines - at all! A typical fine in Denmark for traffic violation is approximately $90 dollars. 500 DKR divided by exchange rate 5,5.

I absolutely loved the video so don’t get me wrong here, but… why is it that the female cyclists at the 15 second marker were not hugged and provided helmets?
