These people were lucky the orcas were just playing. (Of course they HAD intended to eat the pemguin). If the orcas had been serious they easily could have trashed the boat.
People forget that while orcas are very intelligent whales, they are also very serious preditors and thay have been known to trash a boat if the guy inside annoyed them.
