Something is not real about the size of the people in front of it and the fish. The tuna are way too big compared to the people. Its like a tuna being 6′ long, when they are only 2′-3′.
I agree , this is obviously fake. First you can’t see any poo in the water! Yes fish does poo everyday. Can you imagine how big a whale poo is? Second reason. Stingray would have killed the guys in the pool. Don’t mess with stingray, they are serious business. Cool story is’nt ?
If you want to talk about size discrepancies, try the size of your “stingrays.” They obviously are not sting rays, which is still beside the point. There’s been one recorded death from a sting ray in history. Also, tuna can grow close to 6′, the reason the size of the humans seems off is because of distance, and the reason you can’t see any shit is that they most likely have created a complete ecosystem in the aquarium, including organisms that break down waste in order to keep the tank clean. In short, I did not think your story was cool.

Actually, some species of tuna can go up to 8′ (Yellowfin and bluefin tuna are good exemples). I don’t know enough about fishes to tell which kind of tuna are in those tanks, but it’s plausible they get to 6′.

That’s the Churaumi Aquarium in Okinawa, Japan. When I was stationed there I used to go up there with friends on the weekends when we’d all agree on a ride up to Motobu.

Yes, the scuba divers (which are actually shown throughout the whole clip) are the ones cleaning up all of the poop and stuff. That’s why it looks so damn clean. And yes, tuna do grow to be very large. One such bluefin tuna was sold in Japan for $250,000. Usually they don’t go for that much though. There are both manta rays and stingrays in the tank. Steve Irwin’s death was a freak accident and stingrays aren’t mean creatures that are out to kill people. I actually grabbed on to one and rode it for about 20 feet while I was snorkeling off the coast of Caye Caulker, Belize.

i was at that aquarium last weekend. they had a big fireworks festival that night at the beach next to the aquarium. it actually does look just like that. it’s really cool, and i suggest anyone who may find themselves in okinawa to go see it.
I was there as well on 21 July 2009. I can’t believe people would call this fake. I guess some people are too scared to leave there house and experience the world. Every fish you see in the video is real. If you don’t believe it take a trip to Okinawa Japan and go to the Churaumi Aquarium or google it and see for yourself!

This Aquarium is the best one I have ever been to. I have been there about 10 times and every time it gets beeter and changes so much. I love it there complete tranquility.
