thats the soho PRF parking building in london … says the most sucure parking spaces within london city centre, im not BS either i used to work for a buliding company that did repairs on the abuilding , me and that lads used to walk around lookin at em all.

Im going with European…Sounds a bit English…but not really…I would have to see the guys…but, This is one persons Garage. 1) Its obvious how they keep talking, They say “He has” “Oh, he also has a:” and 2) No Parking Permits anywhere on those cars.
That’s Hong Kong. The format of the numbers and the colours (white front plate; yellow rear plate), and also the fact there’s some sort of Granvia-like MPV, a staple for the rich and famous there, confirms this.
