0Doo0do would be what I’d say it is. The D’s are easy to see and I think the number zero is the rounder of the 2(hence the first and fifth being zero’s). Which leaves the other 3 to be the letter o. Also, the zero in the tag in the upper right of the plate is rounder, just like the 2 zero’s I pointed out. Of course this is all IMO.

How about just not speed? I once got a ticket from that very camera they showed. Well, one of the many on the 101 loop. You can take defensive driving school for 110 dollars and the records go off.
