This car is definitely a step in the right direction but a top speed of 70 mph with the need to refuel every 125 miles is not a woo factor. Not to mention the car looks like an ugly minivan. I hope they keep working on it to further improve the technology.

Well, what if you run out of air…? I guess you would have to blow then, huh?
poop 2
wooooo Indians
ppl living in busy cities and even town should be able to rent these cars and they should be free of conjestion charge
the limitations might be bad for long distance travels, but for the price, for local rides it would mean A LOT, both in fuel comsumption and pollution.
see whats funny is that although the car does run on air….did anyone happened to catch that the compressor is running on gas when she fills up that tank of air.
good idea though…but not 100% polutant free
Next obvious step is to make a solar powered air compressor. how hard is that? hook up array of solar panals to electric air compressor. better yet, get your own. no reason you couldn’t extend the range with a small rechargeable car battery, converter, and air compressor. Regenerative breaks would also help charge up the batteries while extending the life of the breaks, and not adding much weight.
I’m just wondering if the oil cartels are going to let the air engine technology get over here in the US.
I don’t know why big car companies aren’t all over this. I looked around youtube, and found a sports car based on the compressed air engine.
