i bet those cops both got tickets in the end if that guy actually did something about it.
I was pulled over for speeding once the cop had to do a 360 in a very dangerous manner, cutting the car off behind him and the one behind me, in the end he got a speeding ticket on me for 20 over the speed limit aka 40 bucks and a ticket for him worth over a grand.
