No shit. Driving while overly fatigued, drunk or texting/on the phone can be fucked up, dangerous to yourself and others. But it’s your civic duty to at least try and get the driver’s attention or call the cops if you see something like that happening. That’s like watching a burglary or a murder about to happen but standing idly by when it actually does. Guy who filmed this is a shitbird.

i love how so many people criticize the guy filming. you dont need to have your attention on the phone at all, you just hold it there and keep your eyes on the road an if you take another look there is a second video where in the description he said he flashed his head lights and honked to try and get his attention and then called the police before he started filming

Every time I see someone texting while driving I pull up beside them, honk my horn and flip them off. I figure it’s only a matter of time before someone pulls out a gun and blows me away.
