I don’t blame the guy, 3 houses in my neighborhood (all bought by Asians), are vacant, and ruined. The banks can’t sell them (because they don’t want to fix all the damage that was done to them), and property values in my area have gone to hell.

I think its mostly vietnamese asians who ruin places. Im japanese and we keep the rugs clean and the front and back lawn/gardens tidy and better looking than my white and mexican neighbors who think grass is enough.
