In the game, in regions that are unlit or dark monsters spawn. One needs to place light in the mine shafts to avoid enemies spawning. He seems to have dug a bit to deep, not lighting the area and letting that enemy spawn, which explodes when close to you. Note, the game saves when you die, so in this version of the game he would have to start from the beginning, I believe.

minecraft is the shit, and in my base, ive dug to bedrock and i havent found jack shit besides a little bit of gold and a lot of redstone that i dont know what to do with, any suggestions?
Start building outwards in your cave. You should find diamond. Also try looking for dungeons marked by cobblestone which have monster spawners. Keep building your shelter up. Redstone allows you to make switches and power stuff, hard to explain, youtube it.

BK do you watch X’s and Seananners play throughs of this? I recommend spending some time watching them. Youtube “X minecraft”. start at episode 1 and make your way up, super addicting series, episode 15 is amazing. Also you should post some videos of minecraft BK
