I am not sure how to explain this one. This is an interactive flash game without any sort of a goal or win condition. It’s more of a piece of interactive for you to discover on your own terms. A walkthrough has been provided in the comments section for those who are just plain confused.

1. Pull off noses by clicking and pulling off of face until you get the ‘tree’ nose
2. Pull off tree nose and feed berries to the head
3. Grab hair on top of head drag to hand coming from ear to open skull and reveal animals
4. Close head by clicking somewhere else
5. Click tail at the base of the neck to get the animals to raise the head
6. Mouse over the animals feet to start the animals running
7. Run for a while until you reach the hurdles
8. Click the animals feet to jump 5 consecutive hurdles
9. Continue running until you reach a green film reel
10. Grab the reel and the front of the head will open to show a projector
11. Replace the blue reel with the green reel, click the projector
12. Click the circus tent like objects in the projection to get the next ball then feed it to the head
13. After the head fills with water and fish feed all 5 small white balls that fell to the fish
14.Grab the new ball that comes up in the water and feed it to the head
15. Open the top of the skull again like you did with the animals earlier
16. Click on the back of the skull for each new creature until you get to the worm
17. Pull the ear of the red head that emerged from the first head causing all the heads to yawn
18. Grab the ball from the worms yawn cloud
19. Feed the changing color ball to the first head
20. Mouse over the head to make the sections float away
There’s more to it than this though but these are the things that make the game sort of progress. Plenty of other cool things you can do besides these.

An interesting game the first time around, but after that, theres really nothing new to discover.
If you attempt to run the projector again (after you have gotten the red head fruit from the fish) and feed him the fish fruit, you cannot get the red head fruit again and are stuck. It’s a bug.
If you go through the jumping of the hurdles again, you can get the blue projector wheel after you have gotten the green projector wheel. This wheel is only the original wheel, however.
While the top of the head is open with the legs sticking out, you can put fruits, the eye, and the dotted balls they give you above them and they will juggle them around.
