Yeah, it’s actually a form of vampire myth. Damned if I can remember what the beast is called or where it comes from (helpful huh?) but it’s something to the effects that the head floats around with the entrails still attached. They seek out young mothers and eat their unborn. People used to protect themselves from these things by putting up thorn bushes around their doors.

Just wanted to let you all know that I saw this video a long time ago and instantly bought the dvd. They have several at their website which also sound intriguing, however this is the only one I bought. As you can expect, it fully delivers on its promise of amazing weirdness. It’s an awesome party dvd for “you and your slacker friends”, to quote the back of the box. I’m 20, nothing on here was so horrible or offensive that I had to turn off the dvd or be dissatisfied with my purchase.
SPOILER ALERT! (not that there’s a plot in the movie or anything…)
even those who claim to be able to withstand any sight may openly wince and whine at a particular fetish scene near the end. It’s 100x more awkward than the two or three food fetish scenes they throw in, and feels like it lasts 1000x longer…
While parts of this video may disturb you, it’s worth it. These guys didn’t just make this to entertain you - they’re trying to show you a dark, strange world, and openly admit (through talking head video clips) that they’re messing with your mind.
Still, for ten bucks, it was worth the ride. I think I’ll even watch it again soon - is this the third or fourth time now? either way, it was nice of them to throw in the Beastie Boys mashup mixtape for free.
