This is from the 2004 Evolution fighting game tournament, in a semi-final match between Daigo (Ken) and Justin Wong (Chun-Li). Make sure to watch it till the end!
By the way, those of you who are wondering what’s so special about what happens at the end of the video, keep in mind that Daigo’s character, Ken, is NOT just blocking, but he’s parrying. In Street Fighter 3, parrying is a difficult technique that requires tapping the joystick towards the opponent (thus, unblocking) in a time window of just milliseconds.

I STILL can’t believe that. A-maz-ing.
i dont get it…
HOLY CRAP! That is mindblowing. Simply mindblowing. Greatness such as that is hard to come by. A victory that was so much more than deserved
this is just IMPOSSIBLE.
You should’ve cut out the first two fights
STILL can’t get over that!
It’s a fake!
its easy
OMG! ive watched it 3 times each time sends chill down my spine incredible timing!
Tekken and DOA are better.
Tekken and DOA have nothing on SF3 or MVC2 . They aren’t even seriously competative
moron.
Tekken owns but so does SF3 so stop complaining… it’s embarrassing.
I am not impressed, I could see that at any local arcade. Waste of a video.
Very difficult manuevers. SF was the original fighting game if memory serves correct. It is the grandfather so to speak. Even pre dates MK. That’s showin my age.
