Somehow, calling someone a child molester doesn’t seem to warrant a lawsuit. I may be wrong, but I think the whole concept of being a child molester would be somehow involved with actually molesting children. I can call you a child molester right now, child molester. Are you a child molester? Perhaps. But that’s irrelevent, and certainly not the grounds for a lawsuit. Nor do I think that labeling someone a child molester with a subtitle on a local news station weather report “link”s him to child molesting. Maybe if he were feeling up some children while he was doing it.
