For those of you who are wondering, this is in Norway and she is one of the candidates for the local Russ celebration. Basically at the end of high school (at 18 years of age) the students go nuts in the pre-exam celebrations. The school president, being the leader, usually does something outrageous to represent the “student body”. And this chick, well.. she stripped.
