That’s not plausible, that is confirmed!
Might be that the shark didn’t recognize the device as a dolphin and was scared of the electrical engines noise coming from the fake dolphin or from smells of plastic.
Sharks have very sensible senses, while the test is interesting it doesn’t leave much space for definite conclusions.
