The Wilhelm Scream is a stock sound effect that has been featured on many movies and TV shows ever since its inception. This is not a fake. The Wilhelm Scream exists in every one of these movies. No audio was “dropped” into any of these clips. The volume on some of these clips have been pumped up to make them more obvious.
All these movies use the same scream

some of those didnt seem like they were actually in the movie, like in Toy Story
i remember the toy story one
I also remember that when a crowd cheers in a movie or TV show, it always sounds the same. And it sounds stupid, too.
and that one with the baby crying always happens to be the same
Yeah, what Dillon said…

Everyone uses them.
It’s sort of a joke/tribute among sound editors. You can look it up in Wiki.
