There is a book called King Solomon’s Ring about animals and observations of animals and the author trains ravens (crows) to do all sorts of stuff, including speak.

Anyway, I believe it, even if this bird learned how on its own. I grew up around ravens, and watched them do some pretty brilliant things. Given that crows are close cousins, I could see this happening.
